George Wheeler has published an article … that should be read by anyone and everyone doing prosecution work. Unlike most law review articles, the prose is easy to read and the advice is practical.
What ever happened to the University Law Review Project? I know that FindLaw has an (out of date?) directory of law reviews and law journals, but is there a searchable directory of full-text law reviews out there?
