You can expect lots of political parody and satire in an election year.

“Parody” is a literary or artistic work that imitates the characteristic style of an author or a work for comic effect or ridicule. “Satire” is a literary work (such as The Onion) in which human vice or folly is attacked through irony, derision, or wit. (Definitions from Dictionary.com.)
So this is a parody. And you can always count on lots of these in an election year. Plus April Fools’ Day is this week, so be prepared for more.
