17 Seconds #50
For better or for worse, the business of patents and trademarks is highly deadline-driven. If your project is on fire, then you go to the head of the line. If it is not, then there may be a wait.
We try to manage our time so we don’t have to work more than 40 hours/week, on the weekends, or on vacation. But sometimes we fail because good news on big projects comes in clumps, like last month:
* AT&T to Acquire AppNexus (2018-06-25)
Congratulations to Brian and the entire AppNexus team on this exit!

* Transcend Air Announces ‘Affordable’ City-To-City VTOL Aircraft (2018-06-28)
“Transcend Air Corporation has announced the development of the Vy 400 (Vy), a six-seat, vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft, as well as the proposed launch of a new airline service that will deliver business travelers directly to and from major city centers.”

So if you have a key deadline, please tell us, and we will manage it.
And remember to take time off for vacation to recharge your batteries so you don’t have to grill bratwurst for your boss on your desk!
