Using a spam-infested email account to train Bayesian spam filters.

I have had the same Earthlink dial-up account since 1994 (heels-at-earthlink-dot-net). With the exception of email from Earthlink support, 100% of the email that I receive at this address is spam. I have been very happy with Earthlink as a dial-up provider, and I have recommended Earthlink many times in print. I am now using the spam at this address to train my spam filters on Mozilla Firebird. So when I convert to Firebird for email, my email filters will be well on their way to being trained about what is spam. Just don’t send me any email at this address. I (obviously) don’t read it. But if you switch to Earthlink, feel free to mention that heels-at-earthlink-dot-net sent you. I’m working on a free toaster.
