Re the 1997-03-21 (original) home page of the “Law Offices of Erik J. Heels” website, the unmodified version of the Boston skyline photo was purchased from (Corel).
Re the 2008-06-06 version of the “erikjheels.com” website, the photo of Erik was taken on 2007-09-29 by a stranger at Fenway Park in Boston. The unedited version shows Erik and his son, who is holding a baseball that he got while attending his first Red Sox game. The game was win number 96 for the Red Sox, which gave them home field advantage throughout the playoffs. The Red Sox later won the 2007 World Series, their second championship in four years.
Re the 2012-12-12 version of the “clocktowerlaw.com” website, the headshot photos were taken by Art Mellor on 2009-11-19.
Re the 2012-12-12 version of the “erikjheels.com” website, the avatars of Erik Heels are derivative works of a photo taken by Sonja Winter Heels on 2011-05-06.
Re the 2017-11-17 version of the “erikjheels.com” and “giantpeople.com” websites, the treehouse photos were taken after the 2003-2004 construction of “the perfect treehouse,” which has served as a life adventure, inspiration for GiantPeople’s logo, and a metaphor for building startups.
